The Equalizer, The Defector, Edward Woodward
In this scene of the Equalizer episode titled The Defector (S1:E3) I play gang member "Rico". We were all bullying this kid Larry Kelly (J.D. Roth) who after having had enough, calls in Robert McCall - The Equalizer (Edward Woodward) for help.
Shot at a K.H.C. Pizzeria and Deli on 741 9th Ave (at 50th Street) in New York City. You can spot me in the background harassing Robert McCall (Edward Woodward) as he tries to get past us. I remember that day because I had just seen the movie Breaker Morant (1980) a month earlier and was blown away by the movie and especially Edward Woodward. In real life, he wasn't too different from his character Lt. Harry 'Breaker' Morant.
*Note the K.H.C. Pizzeria and Deli is now Rancho Tequileria (741 9th Ave (at 50th Street) Hells Kitchen). DIRECTIONS: Google Maps
